1) Goldpack palletizers.
- PAL 1100 palletizer is a standard machine with a driven system of product feed and layer forming pusher. It is designed for palletizing packages, trays, bags on pallets. The operation of the machine is controlled by a PLC, which provides high flexibility in settings, reliability, ease of use and maintenance.
- PAL 2400/2800 palletizer is a fully automated machine for applications requiring high stacking speed. The machine is manufactured for palletizing bags / packages / boxes and trays. Operation of the palletizer is based on the principle of forming rows and their laying with the help of the sliding plate.
Operation preserves the high flexibility in settings, ensures reliability, simple usage and maintenance. In the standard complete set, the machine is equipped with a driven inlet conveyor and a pusher for forming the layer rows.
2) The depalletizer is designed for depalleting products - bottles, cans, packages, from the pallets. Depalletization is carried out according to the layer-by-layer principle.
3) Unit for pallet transferring.
We offer the following units for transporting pallets:
1) roller conveyors (the unit with a chain drive rollers ensures the transportation of cargo of any weight. The frame is made of stamped steel, the supports are adjustable in height);
2) chain conveyors (type of conveyor c, whose traction force is created by one or two chains. Capable of transporting goods with high temperatures, heavy cargo, demonstrates impressive performance);
3) turntables 90° (a device for turning pallets for 90° and 180°. It can be equipped with both a chain conveyor and a roller conveyor. The supports are adjustable in height, the frame is made of stamped steel);
4) cross section (the device is used to change the pallet movement direction for 90°. The lifting chain section is inside the roller conveyor. The maximum possible weight of the pallet is 1000 kg);
5) shuttle (a device for servicing several input or output conveyor streams. It can be equipped with both a chain conveyor and a roller conveyor. The maximum weight of the pallet is 1000 kg);
6) pallet magazine (a device that provides storage and automatic piece-by-piece delivery of empty pallets to the conveyor line. The maximum load is 15 pallets);
7) pallet tester (prevents damaging of equipment due to a low-quality pallet and stumbling on an automatic line due to a low-quality pallet);
8) pallet doubler (is used both for placing one pallet on another, and for unloading a stack of pallets. Fully automated, operates without the use of forklifts and manual labor. It saves space when transporting light cargo);
