Delivery

We promptly deliver ordered goods, as well as spare parts to all the regions of Ukraine. The process of customs clearance and shipment of equipment is carried out on the day of its arrival to Ukraine. Therefore, carrying out of the delivery is guaranteed immediately after placing and confirming the order with the manager.

“Novaya Pochta”
The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the shipping company you have selected.

2) Pickup

You may pick up the order yourself. Pickup is available directly from the warehouses of “Skladpack” company in Kiev and Krivoy Rog.
In this case you can pick up the goods right after placing the order, as soon as they are prepared for extradition.

3) Shipment of small and light cargoes

For shipment of small and light cargoes we cooperate with such companies as DHL, UPS, FedEx.

4) Shipment of oversized and heavy cargo

For shipment of oversized and heavy cargo, we also cooperate with ground logistics operators such as Raben Group Ukraine, TMM Express.

Receiving the goods

In order to receive the goods delivered, it is necessary to present the identity document and the number of consignment note, given to you by our manager during the order placement.

The rules for receiving of goods:
- examine the item for the subject of possible defects and damages;
- verify the set of goods and availability of the accompanying documents (invoice, disbursement bill of lading, warranty card).

If you do not check the goods upon receipt, we will not be able to reimburse you the costs for its repair in case of its damage or carry out the replacement. If you detect any defects of the goods after delivery, you need to contact the representative of the logistics company demanding to draw up the corresponding Act. Leave the goods in the warehouse and contact our manager.
