With this equipment we are able to pack and stabilize with the help of strapping tapes any solid building material of the correct geometry - curbstone, paving slabs, bricks, etc. This equipment is not demanding and is designed for operation in an aggressive environment with a lot of dust and not entirely comfortable temperature conditions.
The lines begin with a transit section that consists of a three-axis chain conveyors group – the given conveyors are made of first-class components and have a standard load capacity up to 1500-2000 kg. And if necessary, we can produce a conveyor with load capacity up to 5000 kg. The main advantage is that conveyor chains are made of Japanese forged steel.
Two packing units are installed on the line:
1) First is of horizontal strapping;
2) Second is of vertical strapping.
After the pallet enters the first section of the packaging, the machine, according to the selected program, performs horizontal tape strapping of the product.
The machine in automatic mode measures the desired height and via the program determines which levels should be wrapped and which steps should be used for wrapping. The machine is equipped with a very convenient interface and auto-learning to determine the positions of the strapping and application of the packaging mode. It is possible to save up to 25 programs (product varieties) in the given Configuration.
Final packaging is a vertical strapping. After the product enters the packaging zone, the machine, according to the program, determines the distance and number of vertical strapping.
The given algorithm is slightly more complicated than the previous one, because during packaging the machine has to submit the sword (rod) under the pallet in order to close the contour and lay out the tape using a special navigation, and carry out positioning and packaging. Number of programs for saving is the same as in the previous model.
Two machines are equipped with revolutionary H3000 packaging heads, with the straps
whose adjustable tension force is 20 to 300 kg. For this type of tasks, we recommend customers to use the PET straps, 12-16 mm wide. You may purchase the polyester strap with us, if required.
The safety of your staff and the integrity of the equipment is vital for us in this whole process. Therefore, we installed special powerful protective fences from the world manufacturer Troax around the entire perimeter of the working area. We have also used electromechanical locks, blocking the line operation during door opening, and the latest generation SICK protective light barriers.
