The robot is equipped with a specialized gripper (holder), which we individually develop according to each customer’s project. To date, our experience is already over 2000 grippers of various configurations.
Depending on the needs of your production and type of products, grippers can be mechanical, vacuum, combined. They are made of the most reliable materials, which provides a long term of uninterrupted operation.
Gripper (holder) allows you to raise any type of product — a box, a barrel, a pack with water, paving slabs etc.
The main objective is to choose the right robot according to the technical specifications and the necessary lifting capacity.
We provide palletizer robots with a lifting capacity of up to 250 kg. Four-axle robots are used to carry out the palletizing process. If there is another task, we can provide 5-, 6-axis robots. Our managers will gladly consult you and help you find the best option.
For the correct selection of the configuration, we define the type, weight of the product or group of products, and calculate the timings. To increase productivity, we organize the preparation of the product via supplying, centering conveyors, which group the products in such a way as to save time for one operation.
Our equipment allows you to perform additional tasks:
- simoltaneously process several cargo streams;
- install empty pallets in the palletization zone using special gripper;
- lay out the cardboard spacer in between the rows.
It is possible to sort up to 4 types of products on 4 different pallets with the help of one robot.
The final stage after forming the pallet with the finished product, is transferring it to the stabilization zone, wrapping with tape or film, and then to the marking zone, where the large sticker is being applied.
The safety of your staff and the integrity of the equipment is vital for us in this whole process. Therefore, we installed special powerful protective fences from the world manufacturer Troax around the entire perimeter of the working area and used electromechanical locks, blocking the line operation during door opening. We have also used the latest generation SICK protective light barriers.
