Bags of building mixture weighing 25-30 kg enter the conveyor belt and afterwards the correct weight of the bag is being checked during the motion and in case of discrepancy the bag is being discarded. The bags with the correct weight enter into the packing unit – sandwich conveyor which rolls the bag on both sides to give it the correct geometry before packing.
Through the parallel flow from the store of empty pallets with capacity of 15 pallets, the empty pallet is being transferred to the palletizing area and it passes through the sector which covers wooden pallet with polyethylene film (napkin) and afterwards stapling machine securely fixes PE napkin.
The bag of a standard form enters the positioning area, where the special clutch determines the bag's position via shifting and axially turning if necessary.
Correctly formed product is being transferred via conveyor to the palletizing system which organizes stacking onto a pallet (using photocell) according to the program.
As the necessary amount of the product is being reached in the system, the lifter pushes the product to the intermediate plate and onwards onto the double plate. The next layer is being prepared simultaneously on the intermediate plate. In the beginning a pallet enters from the store of empty pallets and stops at the palletizing station, and the plate pushes product onto the pallet.
After pushing the final layer onto the pallet, pallets (provided that the next empty pallet is ready) is being transported to the stabilizing zone.
We pack the formed pallet using a fast and very reliable stretch hood machine that puts a logo stretch hood onto the customer's pallet. After the pallet is being packed with quality, we put a label of the necessary format and send it for unloading.
The safety of your personnel and the integrity of the equipment is vital for us during the whole process. Therefore we protected the entire perimeter of the working area with special high-powered safety fences from the Troax global manufacturer and used electromechanical locks that block the line operation in case of the door opening. We have also used the latest Sick generation safety light barriers.
