The packaging system is designed for the horizontal stretch film wrapping of the longitudinal items in the automatic mode. These machines are used for wrapping of various sawn timber, metal products, and molded products. Very high speed of wrapping and submission of a product for wrapping, reliability of equipment, simplicity and convenience in operation ensured that the machines of this series have high appreciation of personnel and customers.

The machine is designed for wrapping longitudinal loads with the stretch film. Owing to the geared motor system, the device continuously wraps products of different sizes.

Before starting work, the operator has to set the control parameters and select the type of film, which he will have to operate with. When the tension force and the number of layers have already been selected, the operation process may begin. The cargo is placed on the assembly line and slowly enters the winding ring. Further, the side plates securely fix the product, and the compactor presses the product from above.

This function helps to strengthen the film and protect the cargo during transportation. At the end of the wrapping, the product is being moved along a conveyor belt and is stacked onto the pallet.

The operator adjusts the parameters of the device and checks the presence of the wrapping stretch film inside of the mechanism. When the indicators are normal, he submits the product on the rollers and presses the pedal to start the operation of the metal ring.

After packaging the product, the film adheres tightly to the product under the pressure of an additional compactor. The sharp blade accurately cuts the film and the warehouse operator fixes the end of the tape. Afterwards, the product is stacked on a pallet and delivered to the end-point.
