In creating Cresco, the C-One team looked at the essential points. Cresco machine has only what it is really needed for a good wrapping machine:
inverter for the turntable, inverter for the carriage, film stretching adjustment, pallet height sensor, bottom and top turns adjustment, zero position stop, three working cycles (up & down, only up, top-sheet), two working modes.

A semi-automatic, exceptionally sturdy and versatile model controlled by a PLC which allows virtually countless customization possibilities. The machine is equipped with an inverter for the turntable and a photocell to detect the pallet height.

C-One SuperPlus is the right solution even for the most demanding customers.

The C-One SuperPlus machine is the result of a successful design in combination with extensive experience in the production industry for packaging pallets into the film. C-One Superplus is a fully automatic low profile turntable machine. It implements four original solutions: automatic film clamping system; automatic film cutting; film sealing system; “tail” elimination device.

Along with an infrared/radio remote control, these four systems allow the operator to be free from all manual work, increasing safety, improving packaging quality and saving time.

C-One Evolvo is able to pack even air into the film!

The wrapping machine into the tensile film with a rotating arm is an ideal solution for operating with heavy or unstable pallets, or if the performance of the processing line is too high and does not allow using a turntable. C-One Evolvo was designed to use all the advantages of an automatic stretch machine with a rotating arm at a very low cost.

esign simplicity doesn’t have to mislead about the features of this pallet wrapper: frequency controller for every motor, standard power pre-stretch, maximum speed 18 RPM. C-One Evovo can be mounted on a wall or on foot. The film tension can be very light and this is really important when pallets are unstable.

To be competitive working times reduction is a must: even small, but repetitive, savings can be an important key to success.

The film cutting and sealing system reduces the duration of the packaging and improves the quality. C-one Evolvo SP saves the specifications and quality of the model, but thanks to the “don’t get off” system the operator does not have to get off the forklift to tie the film to the pallet at the beginning of the cycle or to cut it at the end.

At least 30 seconds can be saved for each pallet, it means a working month every 20.000 pallets! Moreover, in this way, even accidents risk is reduced, avoiding to get up and down the forklift and back pains to tie and cut the film.

C-One Vertex P18 is the best solution for working with very light and very heavy pallets and in high performance conditions.

The given machine improves safety and performance. C-One Vertex P18 maintains characteristics and qualities of C-One Vertex, but thanks to the “don’t get off” system, it works by itself: the operator brings the pallet that has to be wrapped under the machine and, without getting off the forklift, starts the wrapping cycle with a remote control.

The operator does not have to get off the forklift to tie the film to the pallet at the beginning of the cycle or to cut it at the end. This brings a time reduction and a decrease of injury risks. The carriage for preliminary stretching of the film is equipped with a system for strapping to turn film into a strap or a rope. These cycles can be used to ensure a very dense wrapping of heavy pallets.

C-One Cingo is a precious ally in solving logistic problems: if you can’t move a pallet to a pallet wrapper, then you can move the pallet wrapper to a pallet. C-One Cingo is easy to drive and its battery allows a high level of autonomy. Its compact size allows you to wrap the pallet in a smaller area.
